RATE INFORMATION

VISITS LESS THAN 6 NIGHTS REQUIRE A $85 END-OF-STAY CLEANING FEE.

(When you stay 6 nights, or more, the cleaning fee is waived/free).

HAWAII STATE TAX IS 11.25%

HOW TO BOOK

1.    CALL OR EMAIL US (Nick  Jones).   (1-800-234-6517 US Toll-Free, (817-658-6842). EMAIL: jetnick@yahoo.com  Tell us when you want to visit. We will determine if the unit is available on your desired dates.

2.    If available, we will hold it for you for 7 days. During this 7 day period, a completed rental agreement and 50% deposit of the total amount, including cleaning fee (if applicable), key deposit, and Hawaii state tax, is required during this period in order for your reservation to be confirmed and held further. You will be notified via snail mail that your reservation is confirmed.

2a. Please make a copy of the rental agreement (just click over and print). Remember to send it along with your 50% deposit.Click here now for the RENTAL AGREEMENT.

3.    Payment in full is required no later than 30 days prior to your visit. When you send your final payment, we will send your key to the unit. See #7 below.

4.    Final payments not received within 30 days of the visit will result in the condo being made available for booking on a first-paid, first-served basis. In such a case, the cancellation policy in #5 will apply.

5. Cancellation Policy. After your deposit is received, and your reservation confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable. Once final payment is received, and within 30 days of your scheduled arrival, all payments are non-refundable. If your final payment is received more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, and you cancel at a date greater than days prior to your arrival, all payments received, less the deposit, will be refunded to you.

7. KEY PROCEDURES: When your final payment is received, we will send you a letter containing several items of interest regarding your stay such as driving directions from the airport, parking information, etc. Upon your arrival at the condo, you will find a combination lock-box on the front door. The letter we will send you after your final payment will contain the lockbox combination giving you access to the front-door key.
