The guest shall be responsible for taking reasonable care of the condominium and to replace, repair, or pay for any breakage. Reasonable wear and tear is expected. I understand and agree that Kuleana Condominiums, Nicolas and/or Bel Jones (dba: Aloha Maui Condos), accepts nor bears any responsibility for accidents, personal injury, theft, damage, loss of baggage, or delays due to the fault of any entity used to carry out this reservation. Should any dispute arise in connection with the condominium, including loss of part or all of any security deposit, it shall be resolved directly with the owner, Nick Jones (dba: Aloha Maui Condos), and the guest. Nick Jones shall have no liability whatsoever to the guest other than set forth in the reservation. If the condominium becomes unavailable for any reason after these reservations are made, the owner shall either refund all moneys paid or offer substitue comparable accomodation. A substitute accommodation may be accepted by verbal communication or by taking possession. It is agreed that the State of Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction for this condominium reservation and agreement. Unused portions of the accomodation or other charges are non-refundable.
By my signature below, or by my having submitted payment information by credit card, via telephone or online booking to Nick or Bel Jones, dba: Aloha Maui Condos, I hereby agree to abide by the terms of this agreement and to the terms of the cancellation policy as defined on the http://www.jetnick.com website.
