LIVING ROOM

The living room was completely remodeled in March & April 2005. You will enjoy high-quality island-style furniture, new paint, and original artwork produced by one of Maui's best known local artists. As you sit in the above living area, the dramatic oceanview you see in the top photo is just to your left.

KITCHEN

In our opinion, nothing compares to having your own full-kitchen during your Maui holiday. Why?

Consider those staying in a hotel. Each and every meal must be purchased at a restaurant. For a couple, these meals can easily average around $50 per meal. That's around $150 per day, just for eating. If you are a family or larger party, then those costs skyrocket. Hotel-bound parties can easily spend 50% of their budget on dining.

Now, some folks prefer that, and that's fine with us.

However, we have found that one of the best ways to not only save money, but to create simply wonderful experiences, is with a full-kitchen. Our own family dines-in every morning with a full breakfast, served on the lanai. For lunch, we typically pack a lunch and head out for some adventure. For dinner, the stainless-steel grills located oceanfront sets the stage for a wonderful and economical oceanfront dining experience. We usually will enjoy fine restaurant dining once or twice during a weeklong stay. This saves a fortune in meal costs versus dining out every meal, and this unit offers you a dramatic oceanfront setting to enjoy your meals and drinks.

The kitchen at Kuleana 614 has been recently remodeled with new cabinetry and appliances. You'll enjoy high quality appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, seating, and a full complement of kitchen accessories.

Recently remodeled with new paint, linens, artwork, and island-style furniture. A relaxing & soothing environment which will allow you to really unwind!

Full shower, big enough for 2 (or more, if you're little people), with appealing, earth-toned ceramic tile.

HEATED POOL

The heated pool area is so inviting. Quiet, cool breezes on numerous graceful palm trees create a wonderful backdrop for a relaxing day on Maui.
