Our property is direct oceanfront. The property is separated from the ocean by a seawall - few condos are as close to the beautiful Pacific Ocean as our unit. If you enjoy ocean swimming, there are stairs which lead directly into the ocean.

OUR UNIT IS CLOSER TO THE OCEAN THAN THE DECK OF A CRUISE SHIP!

BE CAREFUL WHEN SEARCHING FOR A MAUI CONDO THAT WHAT SOME CLAIM IS AN OCEANFRONT CONDO IS IN REALITY AN "OCEAN PEEK" OR AN "ADJACENT HIGH RISE" VIEW.

Considering another condo? Be sure to ask the owner "can anybody in an adjacent unit or high rise observe my party and I when we're on the lanai (balcony)?" - If the answer is "yes", then that unit has a privacy problem. Not ours.
