The ocean view from Hoyochi Nikko #206 is spectacular. From anywhere on our grounds, you are able to see both the islands of Lanai and Molokai. Whales breech just off our shores during migrating season. The water is deep blue and inviting. What a wonderful place to serve as your "headquarters" and "castle" during your Maui visit.
Few experiences are as romantic and spectacular as a Maui sunset. Of course, to really appreciate the sun lazily dipping below the horizon and the amazing sunset glow which washes over you, the viewer, you must first be on Maui's west-side! (since the sun has been setting in the west for at least the last 5 years. Maybe even longer...).
Have dinner or a glass of wine as you relax, and just take it all in. As you stand in the midst of it, briefly tip a glass to your friends in Paducah, New York, Dallas, Los Angeles, Chicago, Tokyo, Mexico City - or wherever you're from. Remember to think of them - because they're probably wondering about you!
